  • Premier Wab Kinew spoke on behalf of the Manitoba NDP Caucus in celebration of Araw Ng Kalayaan. It marked 122nd years since the Philippines was declared independent from Spain, only to be followed by American colonialism. 

2023

  • Jelynn Dela Cruz became the youngest woman elected into the Manitoba Legislative Assembly at the age of 23.
